Work Produced – Upon full payment, we transfer ownership of the final deliverables to you (excluding third-party tools, stock media, and proprietary code we may use).

Portfolio Use – We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon termination, all unpaid invoices become due immediately.
