Our services are customized and project-based, which means significant time, effort, and resources are invested from the start. Therefore, refunds are generally not possible once work has commenced, except as specifically mentioned below.
2. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Start – If you cancel your order before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

After Project Start – Once the project has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Ongoing Services – For monthly services (e.g., SEO, social media marketing), you may cancel with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

Overpayment of invoice amount.

Non-delivery of service due to reasons solely attributable to Vibesoft.
Non-refundable situations include:

Change of mind after project start.

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, approvals, or responses).

Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences if the service meets agreed specifications.
4. Exchange Policy (Service Adjustments)
Since we do not sell physical products, “exchange” means replacing or modifying service deliverables:

Minor adjustments may be made as part of agreed revisions.

Additional changes outside the original scope will be billed separately.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Any bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters, government actions).
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Uttarakhand.
